CASE FOR A STICK OF A PASTE MATERIAL WITH MAGNETIC CLOSURE. FR 3 055 197 - A1 (5 /) The case (10) for a stick of pasty material (16) comprises a base (12) and a cap (14). The base (12) and the cap (14) each comprise an internal body (22, 34) with a longitudinal axis (X) and an external body (24, 36). The base (12) and the cap (14) each carry at least two permanent magnet members (44) positioned between the internal body (22, 34) and the external body (24, 36), each permanent magnet member (44 ) is held axially between axial stop means (28, 38) carried by the internal body (22, 34) and a cylindrical ring (32, 42) of longitudinal axis (X) which comprises a diamagnetic or ferromagnetic material and which is disposed between the outer body (24, 36) and the inner body (22, 34). P (X) p Paste stick case with magnetic closure The invention relates to cases for sticks of pasty material and more particularly to tubes of lipstick. A case for a stick of pasty material generally comprises a base intended to receive the stick of pasty material and a cap. The case is adapted to occupy an open position in which a user can deploy the stick of pasty material and a closed position in which the cap and the base are associated so that the case contains the stick of pasty material. In this latter position, the stick of pasty material is inaccessible and protected. To keep the case in the closed position, it is for example possible to fix respectively on the base and the cap a first and a second permanently magnetized member. Thus, the attractive force exerted between the permanently magnetized members is sufficient to keep the case in the closed position while being sufficiently moderate to allow the user to easily separate the base and the cap to pass the case from closed to open position. However, in particular in the case of a lipstick tube, the case may include one or more ornamental patterns carried by one or more specific organs. In this case, one of the member and the cap carries the member and the other comprises one or more cutouts to accommodate the member when the case occupies the closed position or shapes in non-circular section at the level of the junction between the base and the cap. The number of cutouts therefore determines the number of relative positions that the base and the cap can occupy when the case occupies the closed position. Thus, the bodies with permanent magnetization must allow this limited number of relative positions. Document EP-1 095 870 describes a packaging device for a product in particular pasty which comprises a base and a cap. The base carries two magnetic means, just like the cap. The magnetic means carried by the base and the cap are such that the base and the cap can only occupy a limited number of positions when the case is in the closed position. To do this, the cap carries a magnetic means having two faces respectively of north and south polarity opposite a magnetic means, carried by the cap, having two faces respectively of north and south polarity. Thus, when the user closes the case, the faces of opposite polarity of the magnetic means will attract each other and the faces of identical polarity will repel each other so as to allow only a limited number of relative positions of the base and the cap. However, keeping the permanently magnetized members in position requires complex shapes of the base and of the cap. Indeed, it is necessary that complementary magnetic means are relatively close to each other when the case is in the closed position. Thus, provision is made in the base and the cap for bodies to accommodate the magnetic means which have relatively complex geometries. An object of the invention is to provide a simpler case to manufacture. To do this, there is provided according to the invention, a case for a stick of pasty material, characterized in that it comprises a base intended to receive the stick of pasty material and a cap, the base and the cap each comprise a body. internal with longitudinal axis (X) and an external body with the same longitudinal axis (X) of which a radial dimension is greater than a radial dimension of the first internal body, the base and the cap each carry at least two permanently magnetized members positioned between the internal body and the external body, each member with permanent magnetization is held axially between axial stop means carried by the internal body and a cylindrical ring of longitudinal axis (X) which comprises a diamagnetic or ferromagnetic material and which is disposed between the external body and the internal body, each permanently magnetized member carried by the base is positioned so that it has a face, of polarity opposite to a face of the o Body with consecutive permanent magnetization carried by the base, and of opposite polarity to a face situated opposite the two permanent magnetization elements carried by the cap when the case occupies a closed position, the internal body of at least one of the base and the cap comprises at least one rib for holding the permanently magnetized members in a radial position. The retaining rib in the radial position and the retaining ring in the axial position are compact. Thus, it maintains a reliable position of the permanent magnet members with means which are compact. In addition, as the ring is only intended to form an axial stop preventing the movement of the permanently magnetized members in one direction, it can have a simple geometry. Separate means are used to keep the permanently magnetized members in position axially in both directions and radially. These means can therefore have relatively simple geometries. The case is therefore easier to manufacture. Preferably, the axial stop means comprise a flange. The collar is space-saving. Advantageously, the flange occupies an axial end position of the internal body. Thus, when the case occupies the closed position, the permanently magnetized members carried by the base and the cap are relatively close. It is therefore possible to use members with permanent magnetization which generate a weak magnetic field. The case is therefore less expensive to manufacture. According to one embodiment, the rib extends axially from the flange. This arrangement is compact. Advantageously, the cylindrical ring of at least one of the base and the cap is crimped on the internal body. According to one embodiment, the cylindrical rings of the base and of the cap are crimped onto the respective internal bodies. Preferably, the cylindrical ring of at least one of the base and the cap is glued to the internal body. According to one embodiment, the cylindrical rings of the base and of the cap are bonded to the respective internal bodies. Such an arrangement is simple and firmly holds the ring around the internal body. According to one embodiment, at least one of the base and the cap has a generally cylindrical shape. Advantageously, the base and the cap have a generally cylindrical shape. The case therefore has a generally cylindrical shape. Advantageously, the external body of at least one of the base and the cap has a greater axial dimension than an axial dimension of the internal body. Preferably, the external bodies of the base and the cap have a greater axial dimension than an axial dimension of the respective internal bodies. The external body therefore protects the internal body. Preferably, the outer body of at least one of the base and the cap is glued to the inner body. Advantageously, the external bodies of the base and of the cap are glued to the respective internal bodies. The outer body is therefore firmly attached to the inner body. Preferably, the two permanently magnetized members carried by at least one of the base and the cap occupy positions diametrically opposite one with respect to the other. This maximizes the magnetic force that keeps the case in the closed position. According to one embodiment, the base and the cap each comprise four permanently magnetized members, preferably arranged circumferentially regularly. Permanent magnet components therefore do not need to generate a strong magnetic field to keep the case in the closed position. In addition, this arrangement allows two relative positions, diametrically opposite, of the cap and the base. Thus, if for example the base carries a specific member which carries an ornamental pattern, one should only provide two cutouts, diametrically opposite, in the cap to accommodate the member carrying the ornamental pattern. This configuration thus defines two alternative positions for closing the case. Advantageously, the organs with permanent magnetization are magnets. It is a simple form of permanently magnetized organ. Preferably, the diamagnetic or ferromagnetic material comprises iron. Such a material is abundant and inexpensive. The case is therefore more solid because the outer sleeve (s) protect the inner body, the outer body, the permanently magnetized members and the cylindrical ring. Advantageously, the stick of pasty material is a lipstick grape. We will now describe, by way of nonlimiting example, an embodiment of the invention using the following figures: Figures 1A and 1B are front views of a case according to the invention respectively in the open position and in the closed position, Figure 2, 3A and 3B are perspective views of part of a base and a cap of the disassembled case, FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a part of the base and of the assembled cap, FIG. 5 is a schematic representation of the base and of the cap. FIGS. 1A and 1B show a case 10 of lipstick according to the invention. The case 10 is shown in the open position in Figure 1A and in the closed position in Figure 1 B. The lipstick case 10 comprises a base 12 and a cap 14. The case 10 has a generally cylindrical shape and has a longitudinal axis (X). It extends between a distal end D and a proximal end P. The distal end D of the case 10 is that which is furthest from the lips of the user when he applies the grape to his lips. In the following description, reference will also be made to proximal P and distal D ends when elements of the case 10 are described. When in the closed position, the case 10 contains a stick of pasty material 16 which is here in the form of a lipstick grape. The base 12 has a generally cylindrical shape and also has a longitudinal axis (X). It includes a circular transverse opening located at a proximal end, to allow the stick of pasty material 16 to be deployed, and a transverse bottom at a distal end. The base 12 is intended to receive the stick of pasty material 16. For this purpose, it is hollow and forms a housing for the stick of pasty material 16. On a peripheral circumferential outer periphery radially from its proximal end P, the base 12 comprises an organ 18 which carries an ornamental pattern. Here, the ornamental pattern is in the form of a raised surface extending radially outwards. Alternatively, the ornamental motif is not in relief and is in the form of a scriptural motif. The cap 14 has a generally cylindrical shape and also has a longitudinal axis (X). As can be seen in FIG. 1B, when the case 10 occupies the closed position, the cap 14 comprises a transverse circular opening situated at a distal end D and a transverse bottom at a proximal end P. Thus, the cap 14 forms a protective housing for the stick of pasty material 16 when the case 10 occupies the closed position. In addition, the case 10 comprises a gripping member 17, hollow and cylindrical, with a longitudinal axis (X). The gripping member 17 is fixed to the base 12. By rotation about the longitudinal axis (X) of the base 12 relative to the gripping member 17, the user can deploy the stick of pasty material 16 the along the longitudinal axis (X) via a deployment mechanism. The stick of pasty material 16 is deployed from the gripping member 17 when the user deploys the stick of pasty material 16 as seen in FIG. 1A and is retracted so as to be completely surrounded radially by the gripping member 17 when the user wishes to close the case 10. The base 12 will now be described in more detail, in particular with the aid of FIGS. 2 and 3B. The base 12 comprises an internal body 22 and an external body 24. The internal body 22 and the external body have a generally cylindrical shape and have a longitudinal axis (X) coincident with that of the case 10 when assembled, as this can be seen in particular in FIG. 1A. The internal body 22 and the external body both have, at a proximal end P, when the case 10 is assembled, a circular opening and, at a distal end D, a transverse bottom. Radially, the diameter of the external body 24 is greater than that of the internal body 22. Thus, a radial dimension of the external body 24 is more important than a radial dimension of the internal body 22. Furthermore, as can be seen in the figure 2, the external body 24 has a length, relative to the longitudinal axis (X), greater than a length than that of the internal body 22. Thus, the external body 24 of the base 12 has a greater axial dimension than an axial dimension of the internal body 22. The internal body 22 of the base 12 carries the member 18 which itself carries the ornamental pattern. The member 18 is carried by the circumferential periphery of the internal body 22, the contours of which define the opening situated at the proximal end P. On the circumferential contour which delimits the opening situated at the proximal end P, the internal body 22 comprises a flange 28 extending radially outwards. The flange 28 therefore occupies an axial end position of the internal body 22. The flange 28 further comprises four ribs 30, which extend axially towards the distal end D of the internal body 22. Each rib 30 has a shape in " V "when viewed axially from the distal end D of the internal body 22. The diameter of the collar 28 is such that, when the base 12 is assembled, the radial external surface of the collar 28 is in contact with an internal radial surface of the external body 24. Thus, the internal body 22 is fixed to the external body 24 by collage. To do this, the circumferential periphery of the internal body 22, the contours of which define the proximal opening P, comprises a bead of adhesive on the radial external surface. The base 12 also includes a hollow cylindrical ring 32, comprising a circular opening at its proximal P and distal ends D. The cylindrical ring 32 has a longitudinal axis (X) and is fixed around the internal body 22. The cylindrical ring 32 is disposed on an outer wall radially of the inner body 22 so that the cylindrical ring 32 is disposed between an inner wall radially of the outer body 24 and the inner body 22. The four ribs 30 form an axial stop for the cylindrical ring 32. In addition, the cylindrical ring 32 is crimped around and on the internal body 22. As a variant, the cylindrical ring 32 is bonded to the internal body 22. The cylindrical ring 32 essentially comprises diamagnetic iron. According to variants, the cylindrical ring 32 comprises ferromagnetic iron or more generally a diamagnetic or ferromagnetic material. Furthermore, it will be noted that the cylindrical ring 32 has proximal ends P and distal D regular circumferentially. We will now describe in more detail, using FIGS. 2 and 3A, the cap 14. The cap 14 has members and an arrangement relatively similar to those of the base 12. The cap 14 comprises an internal body 34 and an external body 36. The internal body 34 and the external body 36 have a generally cylindrical shape and have a longitudinal axis (X) coincident with that of the case 10 when it is assembled. The internal body 34 and the external body 36 both have, at a distal end D, when the case 10 is assembled, a circular opening and, at a distal end P, a transverse bottom. Radially, the diameter of the external body 36 is greater than that of the internal body 34. Thus, a radial dimension of the external body 36 is more important than a radial dimension of the internal body 34. Furthermore, as can be seen in the figure 2, the external body 36 has a length, relative to the longitudinal axis (X), greater than a length than that of the internal body 34. Thus, the external body 36 of the cap 14 has a greater axial dimension than an axial dimension of the internal body 34. On the circumferential contour which delimits the opening situated at the distal end D, the internal body 34 comprises a flange 38 extending radially outwards. The flange 38 therefore occupies an axial end position of the internal body 34. The flange 38 further comprises four ribs 40, which extend axially towards the distal end P of the internal body 34. Each rib 40 has a shape in " V ”when viewed axially from the proximal end P of the internal body 34. The diameter of the flange 38 is such that, when the cap 14 is assembled, the radial external surface of the flange 38 is in contact with an internal radial surface of the external body 36. Thus, the internal body 34 is fixed to the external body 36 by collage. To do this, the circumferential periphery of the internal body 34, the contours of which define the distal opening D, comprises a bead of adhesive on the radial external surface. The cap 14 also includes a hollow cylindrical ring 42, comprising a circular opening at its proximal P and distal ends D. The cylindrical ring 42 has a longitudinal axis (X) and is fixed around the internal body 34. The four ribs 40 form a axial stop for the cylindrical ring 42. In addition, the cylindrical ring 42 is crimped around on the internal body 34. As a variant, the cylindrical ring 42 is bonded to the internal body 34. The cylindrical ring 42 essentially comprises diamagnetic iron. According to variants, the cylindrical ring 42 comprises ferromagnetic iron or more generally a diamagnetic or ferromagnetic material. Furthermore, it will be noted that the cylindrical ring 42 has proximal ends P and distal D regular circumferentially. The cylindrical ring 42 is disposed on an outer wall radially of the inner body 34 so that the cylindrical ring 42 is disposed between an inner wall radially of the outer body 36 and the inner body 34. On the periphery of the transverse circular opening situated at the distal end D, the external body 36 of the cap 14 comprises two recesses 37, diametrically opposite, so as to receive the member 18, which carries the ornamental pattern, of the internal body 22 of the base 12, when the case 10 occupies the closed position. Thus, the two recesses of the external body 36 of the cap 14 allow two relative positions of the base 12 and the cap 14 when the case 10 occupies the closed position. These two positions are symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal axis (X). Alternatively, the outer body 36 of the cap 14 allows one or three relative positions of the base 12 and the cap 14 when the case 10 occupies the closed position. This number is equal to the number of obviously of the external body 36 of the cap 14. We will now describe the means for holding the relative position of the base 12 and the cap 14 when the case 10 occupies the closed position. As can be seen in particular in FIGS. 2, 3A, 3B and 4, the base 12 and the cap 14 each have four permanently magnetized members 44, which are here in the form of magnets. It will be noted that, in FIG. 4, the respective external bodies 24, 36 of the base 12 and of the cap 14 are translated along the longitudinal axis (X) so as to reveal the permanently magnetized members 44. This configuration is not the configuration of the case 10 when the latter is assembled and is suitable for use. This is an illustration allowing a good understanding of the functioning of the case 10. The four permanent magnet members 44 of the base 12 are arranged, circumferentially in a regular manner, in spaces defined axially by the flange 28 and the cylindrical ring 32, and radially by the ribs 30. Similarly, the four permanent magnet members 44 of the cap 14 are arranged, circumferentially in a regular manner, in spaces defined axially by the flange 38 and the cylindrical ring 42 and radially by the ribs 40. Thus, the permanent magnet members 44 are held axially between axial stop means carried by the internal body 22 of the base 12, here the flange 28 and the cylindrical ring 32. They are moreover held radially by the ribs 30, and in the opposite direction, by the internal body 22, which form means for holding the permanent magnet members in radial position 44. Indeed, the permanent magnet members 44 are applied, radially inwards, against an external radial surface of the internal body 22, situated opposite the ribs 30. Radially internal surfaces of the ribs 30 form stops for the permanently magnetized members 44. Each of the two branches of the “V” shape of a rib 30 forms a stop for a permanent magnet member 44. Thus, a permanent magnet member 44 abuts on two circumferentially consecutive ribs 30. Similarly, a rib 30 is in direct contact with two permanent magnet members 44 which are circumferentially consecutive. The permanently magnetized members 44 of the cap 14 are arranged in the same way. They are therefore held axially between axial stop means carried by the internal body 34 of the cap 14, here the flange 38 and the cylindrical ring 42. They are moreover held radially by the ribs 40, and in the opposite direction, by the internal body 34, which form means for holding the permanent magnet members in radial position 44. In fact, the permanent magnet members 44 are applied, radially inwards, against an external radial surface of the internal body 22 located opposite the ribs 40. Radially internal surfaces of the ribs 40 form stops for the permanent magnet members 44. Each of the two branches of the “V” shape of a rib 40 forms a stop for a permanent magnet member 44. Thus, a permanent magnet member 44 abuts on two circumferentially consecutive ribs 40. Similarly, a rib 40 is in direct contact with two permanent magnet members 44 which are circumferentially consecutive. The permanently magnetized members 44 carried by the base 12 or the cap 14 are diametrically opposite two by two. We will now describe, with the aid of FIG. 5, schematically, the interactions between permanently magnetized members 44 which hold the base 12 and the cap 14 in relative position when the case 10 occupies the closed position. Only the permanent magnet members 44 and the cylindrical rings 32, 42 are shown. Two consecutive permanent magnet members 44 circumferentially carried by the base 12 are in phase opposition. This means that one of the two has a proximal face P whose pole is positive and a distal face D whose pole is negative and that the other has a proximal face P whose pole is negative and a distal face D whose pole is positive. Likewise, two consecutive permanent magnet members 44 circumferentially carried by the cap 14 are in phase opposition. Thus, as can be seen in FIG. 5, the base 12 and the cap 14 can occupy two respective positions when the case 10 is in the closed position. These two positions correspond to configurations where the negative poles of two permanent magnet bodies 44 carried by the base 12 are opposite the positive poles of two permanent magnet bodies 44 carried by the cap 14 and where the positive poles of two bodies with permanent magnet 44 carried by the base 12 are opposite the negative poles of two permanent magnet members 44 carried by the cap 14. Thus, when the case 10 occupies the closed position, each member with permanent magnetization 44 carried by the base 12 is positioned so that it has a face, of polarity opposite to one face of the member with permanent magnetization 44 consecutive, circumferentially, carried by the base 12, and of opposite polarity to a face situated opposite the two permanently magnetized members 44 carried by the cap 14. Conversely, if the user positions the cap 14 so that faces of the magnetized members 44 of the base 12 have the same polarity as facing faces carried by the cap 14, the repulsion forces between faces of the same polarity and of attraction between faces of opposite polarities will cause a rotation around the longitudinal axis (X) of the base 12 relative to the cap 14 so that the base 12 and the cap 14 are installed in a relative position as described above. This rotation is further guided by a radial external surface of the gripping member 17 which cooperates with the radial internal surface of the internal body 34 of the cap 14. In addition, the cylindrical rings 32, 42, of diamagnetic iron in this embodiment, of one of the base 12 and the cap 14, are attracted to the permanent magnet members 44 of the other so that the position holding force is increased. We will now describe a method of assembling the case 10. The internal body 22 and the external body 24 are molded from the base 12. The internal body 22 thus comprises the flange 28 and the ribs 30. The members with permanent magnet 44 are then slid from the distal end D of the internal body 22, along the internal body 22 until they rest on the flange 28 and are held radially outward by the ribs 30. The cylindrical ring 32 is then slid from the distal end D of the internal body 22, until it comes to bear longitudinally on the permanent magnet members 44 and the ribs 30. Next, a bead of adhesive is applied to the radial external surface of the circumferential periphery of the internal body 22, the contours of which define the proximal opening P. Then, the external body 24 is slid, from the distal end D of the internal body 22 so that the flange 28 is in contact with the internal radial surface of the external body 24. Thus, the internal body 22 es t stuck to the external body 24. The same process applies to the assembly of the cap 14. The internal body 34 and the external body 36 are molded. The permanent magnet members 44 are then slid from the proximal end P of the internal body 34 along the internal body 34, until they rest on the flange 38 and are held radially outward by the ribs 40. The cylindrical ring 42 is then slid, from the proximal end P of the internal body 34, until so that it comes to rest longitudinally on the permanently magnetized members 44 and the ribs 40. Next, a bead of adhesive is applied to the radial external surface of the circumferential periphery of the internal body 34 whose contours define the distal opening D. Then, the external body 36 is slid, from the proximal end P of the internal body 34 so that the flange 38 is in contact with the internal radial surface of the external body 36. Thus, the internal body 34 is glued to the body external 36. Of course, many variations can be made to the invention without departing from the scope of the present invention. The external shapes of the internal bodies 22, 34 and the external bodies 24, 36, respectively, of the base 12 and of the cap 14 may be any, for example, of polygonal or elliptical section. In addition, this section can vary along the longitudinal axis (X). For example, the section can be polygonal at the proximal end P and elliptical at the distal end D. In particular, it is possible to use different types of permanent magnet members 44. We can vary the shape and arrangement of the permanent magnet members 44. It is also possible to install only two permanently magnetized members 44 on the base 12 and the cap 14 so as to allow only a single relative position of the base 12 and of the cap 14 when the case 10 occupies the closed position. . In this case, the two permanently magnetized members 44 preferably occupy diametrically opposite positions relative to each other. The permanent magnet members 44 can be bonded to the respective internal bodies 22, 34 or to the respective cylindrical rings 32, 42 of the base 12 and the cap 14.
